How does the order processing work?
Once you submit your order, we will e-mail you confirming that we have received your order. We will also send you an e-mail notifying you that your order has been shipped from the shipping center.

You do not need to create a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.

We collect information that you submit for shipping purpose. Only those people who need to see your information to fulfill your order have access to your information. We have a very strict policy against any violation of your privacy. We do not share, sell, or otherwise distribute your information to any other companies or individuals that are not involved in fulfilling your order. We are as concerned about your privacy and the security of your personal information as you are.

Currently, you can only pay by Paypal or Credit Card. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.

How long does it take to process my order?
Your order will be processed in three to five business days.

Do you offer combined shipping?
We offer discounts on shipping of more than one product. Please contact us using the "ask seller a question" link on product page. E-mails are usually responded to within 24 hours and we'll get a combined shipping quote for you. Please contact us with all items of interest.

What is your returns policy?
Return shipping will be the responsibility of the consumer. Returns are restricted to the first 7 days after receipt of order, and in some cases restocking fees (25%) might apply. If you would like to return an order, and the order is defective upon receipt of it, please contact us to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). If you receive the product and you do not want it, or have changed your mind about it, you can do so. To return an order, or part of an order, you must request an RMA by contacting us. If you receive your order, and you believe that the information in the catalog misrepresented the item to you, contact us to assist in resolving the issue. Before you receive your RMA, you will be notified by a returns manager if the products you wish to return are subject to restocking or other fees.

How Long till I receive my order?
Customers should receive their product within approximately 7-14 days from date of order.
